An investigation lasted 4 months at 22 plants with 500,000 employees scales but found no evidence that benzene and hexane at dangerous levels. Of these 18 plants do not use chemicals and 4 factories have used, but in the level of safety is acceptable, report says Apple.

Benzene is a substance that can cause cancer if not handled properly while hexane affect nerve bodies. The two substances are commonly used in solvents to clean electronic equipment and machinery. Apple's next plan is to minimize the use of benzene and hexane in the entire production.
